It requires you to be rooted but it will theme all your apps icons at a system level. That means you will see the themed icons even in the app.

- Added support for Muzei Live Wallpaper -- This adds a new permission "WAKE_LOCK". This is required by Muzei so it can cycle wallpaper even if device is locked.
